Being the big breakfast lovers that we are, this simple Fruit & Honey Oats recipe is one that's made frequentlly in our kitchen.

- 1/2 cup oats; we prefer Coach's Oats
- 1 large banana; sliced
- 1/4 cup each of your favorite berries; raspberries, blueberries & blackberries etc...
- 1 Tbs clover honey; raw is also an option
- splash of coconut or almond milk; we prefer Silk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cook oats according to package instructions.
- Add all remaining ingredients, stir well & serve.
- Now you're off to a great day!
