This lemon & herb marinade makes ordinary fish & seafood taste delicious. Try it the next time you cook up your favorite fish such as halibut, sole, trout.

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
    2. 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
    3. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    4. 2 cloves garlic; finely chopped
    5. 1 tsp oregano (dry or fresh); finely chopped if fresh
    6. 1 tsp thyme (dry or fresh); finely chopped if fresh
    7. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    8. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Directions:
    1. Combine all ingredients is small mixing bowl, mix well. 
    2. Place seafood in a large seal-tight container & pour over marinade.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but no more than 24 hours.
    4. Bake, broil or grill seafood to your liking.
