Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Okay, this sounds a little different, perhaps even strange, but trust me....Brett liked it so it must be really good. Avocados contain antioxidants and are rich in proteins and fibers. They also have a healthy fat benefit factor, which makes this is a great healthier alternative to regular chocolate pudding. The bonus is, it's so quick and easy to make both kids and adults will enjoy this creamy dessert, or even as a snack. After you make it send me your feedback, I'll be excited to hear what you thought about it. Enjoy!

    3. 1/4 cup coconut milk; or substitute with almond or soy
    4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
    5. 1/4 cup cocoa powder; or can substitute 2 Tbsp. carob powder
