Grilled Sea Bass with Mixed Greens


Sea bass has always been a favorite of ours. It's full of a flavor all of it's own. This is a quick & easy version of a delicious entree.

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2-4 medium pieces of sea bass; we prefer Chilean
    2. basil pesto sauce; store brand or home made if time permits
    3. sea salt & fresh ground black pepper; pinch of each
    4. 1 medium lime; sliced into wedges
    5. cilantro; optional
  • Directions:
    1. Season fish with salt, pepper & lime, grill each side of sea bass on medium high heat until cooked all the way through, approx. 6-8 minutes each side depending on thickness.
    2. warm pesto in small saucepan
    3. top fish with pesto & serve with mixed greens
