Grilled Chicken & Apple Salad


Looking to eat light tonight? Try this wonderful salad with either a sweet balsamic dressing or one of your own favorites.

  • Ingredients:
    1. 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2. 8 cups mesclun greens; washed & cut
    3. 1/2 cup feta cheese; crumbled
    4. 2 large apples, cubed; we prefer Fuji or Gala
    5. 1/4 cup candied pecans; finely chopped
  • Directions:
    1. Place chicken on a preheated grill & cook all the way through, flipping only one time.
    2. Once chicken is fully cooked, slice into bite size pieces.
    3. In a large mixing bowl combine grilled chicken, mesclun greens, feta cheese & cubed apple pieces.
    4. Drizzle your favorite dressing over all ingredients and toss until well coated.
    5. Transfer to serving plates & top with chopped candied pecans.
