Yogurt with Fresh Fruit & Honey

Being the big breakfast lovers that we are, this simple Fruit & Honey Oats recipe is one that's made frequentlly in our kitchen.

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1/2 cup oats; we prefer Coach's Oats
    2. 1 large banana; sliced
    3. 1/4 cup each of your favorite berries; raspberries, blueberries & blackberries etc...
    4. 1 Tbs clover honey; raw is also an option
    5. splash of coconut or almond milk; we prefer Silk
    6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Directions:
    1. Cook oats according to package instructions.
    2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well & serve.
    3. Now you're off to a great day!
