Peachie Protein Banana Smoothie

Breakfast "on the fly" is easy with this Banana Peach Smoothie with a dose of protein.

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1/2 cup frozen peach slices; fresh is also an option
    2. 1 medium banana; sliced in half
    3. 1 level scoop of protein powder
    4. 1/4 tsp almond extract
    5. 1/2 cup almond milk; we prefer Silk
    6. 1 Tbsp clover honey or agave nectar; raw honey is also an option
    7. 1 Tbsp oat bran
    8. 1 cup ice cubes
    9. 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • Directions:
    1. Place all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix machine, blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds.
    2. Enjoy!
