Quick Fruit & Yogurt Dessert


We're big fans of simple, sweet & healthier snacks. That's why I keep this one high on our list of options. Use plain yogurt to keep the sugars down and definitely choose healthy toppings. Dark berries are always great option or even low sugar preserves or jam. This can be used as a midday snack as well as a dessert. K.I.S.S. Keep It Super Simple!

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 cups plain yogurt
    2. 1/4 cup raspberries
    3. 1/4 blackberries
    4. 1 Tbsp sliced almonds; or use your favorite nut
    5. 1 tsp raw agave nectar or honey
  • Directions:
    1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl stir and serve.
    2. Another option is to blend all ingredients together excluding the almonds.
    3. Place almonds on top as a pretty garnish and a nice crunch to your snack.
